Nine years ago I started my first job out of college—assistant editor of Window Film magazine. Now I’m back.
We’re in the heat of Tint-Off™ planning (by the way, have you registered?), but I wanted to say a brief hello again for my first newsletter in almost a decade.
Being the editor of Window Film magazine was the best job I’ve ever had. I learned how to cover international supply chains, got to visit almost every window film plant in the world—from Hanita, Israel and the few in Southern California, to Aurangabad, India, Martinsville, Va. and Seoul, Korea—and grew our coverage to include paint protection film, culminating in the still-growing and very popular PPFMag.
I have also had the chance to meet the most amazing and inspiring people from shop owners to Tint-Off ™ competitors to Window Film Hall-of-Fame inductees—all from whom I’ve learned so much.
We know this magazine helps keep our readers on the cutting edge of the tint business, and I will strive every day to increase our coverage’s depth and relevance to ensure your success.
For those of you I know, hi again, and for those of you I have yet to meet, I look forward to learning from and working with you.
