A New Era

People push the paint protection film (PPF) and ceramic coatings industries forward. That element is now magnified with the launch of the Focus on PPF/CC Newsletter—a twice-monthly e-newsletter covering the PPF and ceramic coating market, companies and personalities.

The Team

“I am excited to embark on this journey with you!” shared Brian Brown, the principal owner of Exclusive Paint Protection in Charlotte, N.C. “One great man once said the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.”

I’m not alone in this new endeavor. Brown is one of three industry bloggers joining me on this new adventure. Speaking of trips, Brown will touch on his in a blog dubbed The Journey:

“For each post, I would like to follow this structure:
• A project we have completed at Exclusive;
• A conversation I recently had or one I wish to have;
• Thoughts from a book that I have read or am reading;
• And a challenge or action step to grow as a person, employee or business owner,” Brown shared.

Gabe Fletcher, owner of Ceramic Pro Pottstown and Detailing Growth in Pottstown, Pa., shared all in the first rendition of a blog dubbed Detailing Growth. “Our business did more than $1 million in paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings and window tint sales in 2022,” Fletcher said. “We do this by following ten core ideas— and without reinventing the wheel.”

A Group Effort

Kaval Vilkhu, president of Make it Shine Detailing in Ontario, Canada, joins the team with The Long Game. And, of course, you’ll catch me blogging about the latest PPF projects in Protect the Paint.

I look forward to highlighting this growing industry with fantastic people via in-depth deep dives and bite-sized blogs built for busy days.
