Electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian is giving U.S. and Canadian owners of Rivian R1T and R1S models the opportunity to customize and order exterior paint protection, window film, and ceramic coating directly from XPEL.
The new program offers set pricing and easy installation coordination, allowing new and existing Rivian owners to choose from a variety of protection options, including partial or full coverage of XPEL’s ULTIMATE PLUS paint protection film (PPF), STEALTH PPF, a range of PRIME Window Films, and XPEL’s FUSION PLUS Ceramic Coating.
“We are pleased to extend this unique program and further develop our collaboration with Rivian,” said Duane Gotro, XPEL’s vice president of services. “Rivian owners can now customize their vehicle with XPEL protection suited to their lifestyle and then effortlessly schedule the installation with a Certified Rivian Network Partner at a fixed price.”
XPEL, in turn, has established a network of Certified Rivian Network Partners who will handle the professional installation of these products. Customers can purchase the protection options through the Rivian Gear Shop.
XPEL will also continue to offer a pre-installed STEALTH Pack on select R1 models.
XPEL, which held its annual dealer conference earlier this month, recommends Rivian owners have their protective products installed as early as possible to maximize effectiveness. Certified Rivian Network Partners can also suggest additional services not included in the program for an extra cost when owners schedule their installation.
