WFCT Heads to Texas: The Who, What, When, Where, Why and How of WFCT 2026

Are you ready for the Lone Star State? The 2026 International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ (WFCT) is headed to San Antonio Aug. 27–29, with pre-event education and roll-up-your-sleeves workshops scheduled for Aug. 26. Here’s what you need to know:
Who Can Attend?
WFCT welcomes professionals from across all segments of the window film, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps and ceramic coatings industries. This includes dealers, installers, manufacturers, influencers and anyone else affiliated with the industries.
When Is WFCT?
Aug. 27–29, with a special pre-event education day on Aug. 26. More information about the daily schedule will be announced soon.
Where Is the Event?
The Henry B. González Convention Center, Halls 1 and 2

Attendees can book rooms at the host hotel: the San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk.
What Are the Highlights?
Competitions
The event hosts the Architectural Tint-Off™, Automotive Tint-Off™, Decorative Film Competition, PPF Competition and Vehicle Wraps Competition. These competitions allow installers from all sectors to prove their skills on a global stage.
“There are some incredibly talented people in this industry, and I love being able to help showcase their skills,” says competition coordinator Sarah Bauder. “My advice for competitors this year is to prepare for anything.”
Special Events
WFCT is introducing a new special event this year: Family Day.
“On Saturday, Aug. 29, attendees can bring their families to experience the event, too,” says Tricia Lopez, senior events director. “It’s a great way for them to experience what their parents or grandparents do for a living, and we have many special events available for the kiddos.”
There will be plenty of other special events, so Lopez invites attendees to keep an eye on the event’s social media pages for more announcements.
“We’re doing all of last year’s special events, plus more,” she says. “Look for surprises at every turn.”
Why Attend?
“WFCT is a unique opportunity for anyone in the window film, PPF and wraps industries to gather in one spot to continue their education, prepare for the future and just have fun,” says Lopez. “The goal is for every single attendee, competitor, sponsor and judge to leave the event equipped with more knowledge and experience than when they arrived.”
